Meet Dr. María LLompart

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and having lived in New York for a dozen years, Dr. María L. Llompart, has been practicing in the dental field for more than 15 years. She fell in love with orthodontics ever since she started working with her father in Puerto Rico. Her father was a very accomplished and distinguished orthodontist. She loves seeing her patients every month and changing their lives.

As far as continuing education goes, Dr. Llompart is involved in study groups, associations, and societies. Their courses keep Dr. Llompart updated with the current trends in literature and clinical work. She believes that literature review that is clinically based provides the standard of care for patients and provides the ability to customize the best quality in treatment for them.

Outside the Office
When Dr. Llompart is not working, she is with her family eating somewhere new in NYC, traveling when she can, visiting museums, enjoying the diverse cultures that New York provides, working out, taking photographs of nature, or baking.
